Eye Examinations
We offer EYES examinations Tuesday-Friday. These are about an hour long and include all those tests that some high street optometrists charge extra for as standard.
We do offer EYES examinations for children – these are generally on a Thursday afternoon in term time and throughout the day in the school holidays.

We were the first in the UK to offer in-person appointments too – a service that we still offer. Whilst you can check whether EnChroma might help you online, there’s truly nothing like experiencing it for real – and we give you plenty of time to try them out, visit other local shops, our community garden and, for about 9 out of 10 customers, experience colours they’ve never seen before.

The Quadrant carpark offers 3 hours of free parking and there is often parking directly outside the shop. There are plenty of shops offering a range of services and some great independent coffee shops, bars and eateries.
